Hello! I'm Robert Castleberry
The story of Asher Grey is deeply intertwined with my own life experiences. Growing up in Wichita, Kansas, I faced significant challenges, battling dyslexia and dysgraphia—barriers that kept me from fully reading until the fifth grade. It was in that pivotal year that I discovered a love for the fantasy genre, a spark that would ignite my passion for storytelling and my lifelong journey in education.
My academic path began at Butler Community College, where I earned an Associate of Science degree in 2014. I then pursued a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Wichita State University, graduating in 2016. Driven by a desire to make a lasting impact, I achieved a Master’s in Curriculum and Instructional Design with honors in 2019. In 2024, I proudly earned my Doctorate in Organizational Leadership K-12 from Grand Canyon University.
As a fifth-grade teacher, my mission is to inspire students by showing them that challenges can be overcome with determination and perseverance. Much like Asher Grey’s journey, my own has been filled with struggles and triumphs, and I hope this story resonates with anyone who has faced obstacles and dreams of rising above them.
